Shipping policy

Shipments originate from our company in Yokohama. Except for certain products and international shipments, we generally cover all shipping costs. For the German Power series, shipping rates apply as Yamato Transport or Japan Post shipments originating from Kanagawa Prefecture. For products other than the German Power series, shipments are generally via Letter Pack Plus, Letter Pack Light, or Yamato Transport's Nekopos service. Therefore, delivery date and time specifications are not available.

Additional shipping fees apply for remote islands. If applicable, please contact us in advance when placing your order.

For domestic Japanese deliveries, please inquire separately if you wish to use cash on delivery (COD). A COD handling fee and shipping fee will apply separately. Please pay the total amount directly to the delivery person upon receiving your order.

For COD orders, the following handling fees apply in addition to the product price and shipping fee:

¥1 to ¥9,999    ¥330 (tax included)
¥10,000 ~ ¥29,999    ¥440 (tax included)
¥30,000 ~ ¥99,999    ¥660 (tax included)
¥100,000 ~ ¥300,000※2    ¥1,100 (tax included)

 

For domestic shipping within Japan via Yamato Transport, the rates listed below are for shipments originating from Kanagawa Prefecture.

Taxes and other fees associated with international shipping are not included in the total amount.

●Destination Countries
Orders placed from within Japan will be shipped only to Japan. Products ordered from overseas will be shipped to the respective countries.
