1. Report overview
1.1 Conclusions of the report
ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO 1L is a reactivation fluid for refillable, open-type lead-acid batteries. It is intended to replace the missing fluid during routine topping up, in the same way as ordinary purified battery water, combining topping up with maintenance that considers battery condition.
In the June 19, 2026 verification test, 130F51 batteries had been judged unusable and scheduled for disposal. No. 1 and No. 2 were treated with the standard formulation corresponding to the currently sold Battery Restore PRO. Their voltages changed from 1.93 V and 2.35 V respectively to 11.87 V in both cases after 20 minutes of rapid charging.
This is a measured example supporting consideration of possible reuse even from an extremely low-voltage and low-fluid condition. Voltage changes alone, however, do not guarantee recovery of all performance characteristics or long-term durability. The principal everyday purpose is not simply a last-minute attempt before replacement, but support for maintaining refillable, open-type lead-acid batteries through topping up as needed over time.

1.3 What this report does not cover
This report does not calculate a simple battery-replacement cost-saving percentage from battery and product prices. The separate special formulation containing dilute sulfuric acid used during the experiment is not commercially available and is excluded from evaluation of the commercial product.

2.2 Basic principles of use
- Leave the existing battery fluid in place. Do not drain it.
- Add only the necessary amount to cells whose fluid level has fallen.
- Keep each cell between the LOWER LEVEL and UPPER LEVEL marks.
- Do not add the product to a cell already at the UPPER LEVEL.
- The entire 1 L bottle is not intended to be poured into one battery.
- Several charge-discharge cycles may be needed for the product to reach its intended performance.
This product is exclusively for refillable, open-type lead-acid batteries. Do not use it with MF, AGM, EFB, gel or other sealed batteries that are not designed to have their filler caps opened for fluid-level management.
3. Role in routine maintenance
3.1 Maintain and assess before deciding to replace
The fluid level in a refillable, open-type lead-acid battery may fall with time and operating conditions. The missing amount is normally replaced with purified battery water. Battery Restore PRO focuses on this topping-up opportunity.
Instead of treating topping up solely as restoring liquid volume, use it as an opportunity to check battery condition and review maintenance. Topping up the missing amount as needed over time is intended to support condition maintenance and provide a way to consider possible reuse when a battery has weakened.

Battery Restore PRO does not repair physically damaged batteries. Its approach is to check condition and provide appropriate maintenance to keep a battery usable where possible, rather than treating replacement as the only option.
4. Verification test using batteries in extreme condition
4.1 Purpose
Large 130F51 lead-acid batteries scheduled for disposal were topped up with the standard formulation corresponding to Battery Restore PRO, then evaluated for voltage changes after rapid charging. This report evaluates only No. 1 and No. 2, which used the same standard formulation as the commercial product.

This is a measured example of post-treatment voltage changes in batteries scheduled for disposal with extremely low voltage and fluid levels. It does not establish new-battery-equivalent performance, capacity, starting performance or long-term durability.
5. Test results
5.1 Voltage changes

5.2 What these results show
The key observation is that a clear voltage change was recorded after topping up with the standard formulation corresponding to Battery Restore PRO and rapid charging, even in batteries in a condition severe enough to normally warrant disposal.
For a weakened open-type lead-acid battery, this supports considering an assessment of fluid level, internal condition and charge state, followed by appropriate topping up, charging and reassessment, before deciding immediately to replace it.
This report uses the term “possibility of reuse.” What was measured was a voltage change under specific conditions. Similar recovery or continued use is not guaranteed for every battery.
6. Evaluation scope and limitations
6.1 Why No. 3 and No. 4 are excluded
No. 3 and No. 4 were also measured on the same day, but those units used a special formulation containing dilute sulfuric acid prepared specifically for that experiment.
That special formulation is not currently commercially available. Its results are not used as performance data for the currently sold ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO 1L and are entirely excluded from this report's commercial-product evaluation.
Only No. 1 and No. 2 are included as verification data for the commercial formulation. Both used the standard formulation corresponding to Battery Restore PRO, and both measured 11.87 V after 20 minutes of rapid charging.
6.2 Factors affecting results
Results vary with battery age, internal condition, deterioration, charge state and operating environment. Physical damage, internal short circuits or severe deterioration may prevent an adequate effect.
6.3 Further verification
The original report identifies long-term in-vehicle durability and sustained-performance verification as areas for improving confidence. In routine operation, record condition over time and review it alongside replacement timing and charging condition.
7. Instructions and precautions
7.1 Procedure
- Stop the engine.
- Remove the battery filler caps.
- Check the current fluid level in each cell.
- Do not drain existing battery fluid. Add Battery Restore PRO to cells whose fluid level has fallen.
- As with purified battery water, add the amount needed to reach the UPPER LEVEL.
- Check that the UPPER LEVEL has not been exceeded and securely close the filler caps.
- After topping up, use the vehicle normally or charge with a battery charger as necessary.
7.2 Essential precautions
Do not drain the existing battery fluid. Battery Restore PRO is not a replacement for all the liquid already inside the battery. Leave that liquid in place and add only the missing amount.
Keep each cell between the LOWER LEVEL and UPPER LEVEL. Do not add product to cells already at the UPPER LEVEL. There is no need to use the whole 1 L bottle at once.
Use only in refillable, open-type lead-acid batteries. Do not use with sealed batteries such as MF, AGM, EFB or gel types.
If the product gets on skin or clothing, rinse thoroughly with water. If it gets into the eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult a doctor if any abnormality is felt. Close the cap securely after use. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and high humidity, and keep out of reach of young children.
8. Recommended maintenance approach
8.1 Check condition rather than assuming replacement
The value of Battery Restore PRO cannot be assessed solely by a simple comparison with battery replacement costs. Its main role is to turn routine topping up into an ongoing condition check, reviewing fluid levels, voltage and charge state before replacement decisions.
Extremely weakened batteries may show substantial voltage changes, as in this measured example. For compatible refillable, open-type lead-acid batteries without physical faults, checking the possibility of reuse is therefore worth considering.

Maintain, rather than simply replace. Make routine topping up an opportunity to review battery condition, and to assess whether a weakened battery has the possibility of reuse.
