Where are international orders shipped from?

International orders are shipped from NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.

Which shipping method do you use?

International orders are generally shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). Depending on the destination or shipping conditions, another suitable international shipping service may be used.

How are international shipping fees calculated?

International shipping is charged separately. We use five shipping zones based on EMS regional rates. The applicable shipping fee is calculated according to the delivery destination and displayed at checkout.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

No. Product prices and international shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. If such charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility.

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order or backordered items are shipped after they are ready, and we will provide additional information when necessary.

How long does delivery take after shipment?

Transit time varies depending on the destination country or region, EMS operations, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Can I track my shipment?

When a trackable shipping method is used, we will provide a tracking number after shipment.

Are there countries or regions you cannot ship to?

Yes. Shipping may be unavailable to some countries or regions due to international postal restrictions, prohibited items, local conditions, or other circumstances. If we determine after your order is placed that shipment is not possible, we will contact you individually.
