◆Shipping Fees
All shipments originate from our company in Yokohama, Japan. We cover shipping costs for all products. The German Power series is typically shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post from Kanagawa Prefecture. Products other than the German Power series are generally shipped via Letter Pack, Letter Pack Light, or Yamato Transport's Nekopos service. Additional shipping fees apply for remote islands. If applicable, please contact us in advance when placing your order.
For destinations outside Japan, shipments are generally sent via international mail (EMS).
For domestic Japanese shipments, please contact us individually if you wish to use cash on delivery (COD). A COD handling fee and shipping fee will apply separately. Please pay the total amount directly to the delivery person upon receiving your order.
For COD shipments, the following handling fees apply in addition to the product price and shipping fee:
¥1 to ¥9,999: ¥330 (tax included)
¥10,000 to ¥29,999: ¥440 (tax included)
¥30,000 to ¥99,999: ¥660 (tax included)
¥100,000 to ¥300,000: ¥1,100 (tax included)

For backordered items: We will contact you once the item arrives,

For cash on delivery orders: We will ship within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect the product upon receipt.
While we take every precaution with our products, should any of the following occur, please contact us via email or phone.
● If the product received differs from the one ordered.
● If the product is soiled or damaged.
For the reasons stated above, we will exchange the product free of charge within Japan. For countries outside Japan, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and then return it.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer.
