Scope of Application and Amendments to These Terms
These Terms apply to the use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop”) operated by Next Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Amendments to Terms and Acceptance

Use of the Online Store
Users shall use the online store in accordance with these Terms and any other conditions established by the Company.
The Company's online store is for domestic sales only (for residents within Japan).
Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the online store.
The Company reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion for users purchasing for resale purposes, users with a high number of returns, or users causing delivery issues.
We do not guarantee that the content on this site will be compatible with or function properly in all users' environments.
Access to this site is at the user's discretion, and responsibility for its use lies with the user.
Ordering
Users wishing to purchase products via the online store shall do so by following the ordering procedures specified by our company.
Site Rights
All rights pertaining to content published on this site belong to our company or its licensees. Unauthorized reproduction of articles, photos, illustrations, etc., from this site is prohibited.
Payment Methods
Users may select one of the following payment methods when purchasing products: credit card, cash transfer (prepayment), or cash on delivery.
The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods.
When paying by credit card, users shall comply with the terms and conditions of their agreement with the card issuer.
Furthermore, any disputes arising between the user and the card issuer shall be resolved between the parties involved, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Shipping Fees and Handling Charges
Shipping fees incurred for product delivery (hereinafter referred to as “Shipping Fees”) and cash-on-delivery handling charges (hereinafter referred to as “Handling Charges”) shall be borne by the user. Additionally, for deliveries to certain remote islands requiring separate consultation, a representative may contact you.
Shipping Fees and Handling Charges may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of such changes or discontinuations.
Delivery
Product delivery will be conducted through our designated shipping company.
Delivery addresses are limited to locations within Japan. Please note that delivery may not be possible to certain areas, such as remote islands.
Neither our company nor the shipping company will unpack, install, or collect packaging materials upon delivery.
Users may change the delivery address specified at the time of order before we arrange shipment. If a change request is made after we have initiated shipment arrangements, we cannot accommodate the user's request. In such cases, the user shall be responsible for changing the delivery address at their own expense.
If the user wishes to have multiple delivery addresses, they must place a separate order for each delivery address. Furthermore, even if the user requests a change to multiple delivery addresses after placing an order, we cannot accommodate such changes.
If goods are returned to us due to the user's circumstances, such as refusal of delivery or prolonged absence, the user shall pay us the actual shipping costs incurred for the return shipment and any subsequent redelivery.
This online store does not offer gift wrapping, gift tags, message cards, or similar services.
We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery dates. If a delivery notice is left by the carrier, please arrange a delivery date and time directly with the carrier.
Delivery times may be extended in the following cases:
When the product is out of stock
When delivery cannot be made due to overlapping with Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or our company's non-business days
When our shipping volume or other workload is high, preventing shipment as scheduled
When delivery is delayed or suspended after shipment due to circumstances on the carrier's side, traffic conditions, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to delays in product arrival.
Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items
In the event of a defective item, we will accept returns within the scope of the following return/exchange policy and either refund the purchase price or exchange the item for an equivalent product.
However, we will not compensate for any costs incurred by the user, such as obtaining a replacement item from another company due to the defective product, nor will we provide any other compensation.
In the case of an incorrectly shipped item, we will exchange it for the item originally ordered.
If no replacement is available due to the item being sold out, incorrect product information, specification changes, etc., we will refund the purchase price of the item.
Please note that we will not compensate for any costs incurred by the user, such as obtaining a replacement from another company due to an incorrect shipment, nor will we provide any other compensation.
Determination of whether a product is good or defective shall be made by the manufacturer or our company.

We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any information posted on this site, or for any troubles, losses, damages, or other issues arising from the use of this site.
All prices, specifications, sales periods, and other details for products listed on this site are subject to change without notice.
We may change the information on this site without prior notice. Please also note that we may suspend or discontinue the operation of this site.

Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
The use of this site and the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
All disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court in Japan as the court of first instance, regardless of the amount in dispute.
