Refund policy

Please inspect your items upon delivery. While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, should any of the following issues occur, please contact us via email or phone.

● If the item you received differs from the item you ordered.
● If the item is dirty or damaged.

We will exchange the item free of charge for the reasons listed above. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. For returns within Japan, please send the item back to us collect on delivery. For returns outside Japan, please send the item to us at your own expense. We cannot accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer.
