This time, we will be focusing on titanium bolts and functional parts primarily developed for motorcycles. These are not merely general bolts with the material replaced by titanium; instead, we have carefully examined the application areas and shapes of genuine parts, designing the head shape and dimensions to suit specific purposes.
For some bolts, we employ forging, where the material is shaped in a mold, and thread rolling, where threads are formed by pressure without cutting. This is to ensure strength and precision while maximizing the material's properties.
We will sequentially expand our product lineup to include vehicle-specific parts for BMW Motorrad and other brands, as well as bolts for brake calipers and disc surrounds.
