LANDMASTER BMW R1200GS LC 305→320mm Front Brake Conversion Kit

From a stock 305mm disc to a 320mm disc.

This is a caliper offset kit specially designed by LANDMASTER to enlarge the front brake disc of the BMW R1200GS LC from 305mm to 320mm.

It is not just a product that simply inserts a spacer to move the caliper.

It combines a dedicated spacer that offsets the caliper position outwards to accommodate the 320mm disc, and caliper bolts made of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy.

From 305mm to 320mm

The stock front brake disc of the R1200GS LC is 305mm.

By using this kit, the caliper position can be adjusted to fit a 320mm disc.

This is an original LANDMASTER part created to offset the position of the stock caliper to the appropriate position, enabling conversion to a 320mm disc.

A7075 Dedicated Offset Spacer

High-strength aluminum alloy A7075 is used for the caliper offset part.

It is not a general aluminum spacer, but is specially designed and manufactured for use in the brake caliper mounting section.

As the disc diameter increases from 305mm to 320mm, the caliper position is moved outwards to match this difference.

Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Caliper Bolts

Ti-6Al-4V, also known as 64 titanium, is used for the caliper fixing bolts.

Furthermore, the threaded part is roll-threaded.

This is a unique LANDMASTER configuration combining lightweight and high-strength Ti-6Al-4V with a dedicated A7075 spacer.

Applicable Models

BMW R1200GS LC

Designed based on vehicles equipped with stock 305mm front brake discs.

Some R1250GS models also use stock 305mm discs and similar caliper mounting dimensions, but as LANDMASTER has not yet confirmed compatibility on an actual vehicle, it is excluded from compatibility guarantees.

320mm Disc Required Separately

This product is a caliper offset kit for converting from 305mm to 320mm.

The 320mm front brake disc itself is not included.

Please ensure to check the outer diameter, thickness, offset, and mounting dimensions of the disc to be used before using this product.

Dedicated Parts Made by LANDMASTER for BMW

This product is not a combination of a general-purpose spacer and commercially available bolts.

These are parts specially designed by LANDMASTER with the aim of converting the 305mm brake system of the R1200GS LC to 320mm.

Dedicated A7075 spacers.

Ti-6Al-4V caliper bolts.

The threaded parts are roll-threaded.

Currently, if one were to try to produce the same content in small quantities, it would be a considerably costly specification.

Unused items produced during the former LANDMASTER era will be sold while supplies last.
