Shipping Origin

Orders are dispatched from NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.

Domestic Shipping in Japan

We generally cover standard domestic shipping within Japan, except for certain products, remote islands, or special delivery methods. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before the order is placed.

In-stock items are dispatched within three business days after payment is confirmed. For backordered or out-of-stock items, we will provide an availability update and dispatch the order within three business days after the item becomes available and payment is confirmed.

Depending on the product, we use Yamato Transport, Japan Post, Nekopos, Letter Pack Plus, Letter Pack Light, or another suitable delivery service. Delivery date and time requests are not available for some services.

International Shipping

International shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before the order is placed. We use EMS or another suitable international shipping service.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping is available only to countries and regions that can be selected as a shipping destination during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for domestic orders within Japan and only by prior arrangement. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders. The applicable COD fee and shipping charge will be provided before the order is accepted.

Delivery Delays

Dispatch or delivery may be delayed by weekends, public holidays, store closures, stock conditions, carrier operations, traffic, weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact the customer where practical if a delay becomes known.
