Prices
Prices including applicable consumption tax are displayed on each product page. Prices for Japan are displayed in Japanese yen, while prices for overseas markets are displayed in US dollars. The final amount is shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Additional Charges
We generally cover standard domestic shipping within Japan, except for certain products, remote islands, or special delivery methods. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before the order is placed.
International shipping charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for domestic orders within Japan and only by prior arrangement. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders. In addition to the applicable shipping charge, the following COD fees apply:
- JPY 1 to 9,999: JPY 330 including tax
- JPY 10,000 to 29,999: JPY 440 including tax
- JPY 30,000 to 99,999: JPY 660 including tax
- JPY 100,000 to 300,000: JPY 1,100 including tax
Payment Methods and Timing
Customers may use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Current main payment methods include credit card payments through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, KOMOJU smartphone payments and convenience store payments, and Paidy.
Credit cards and digital wallets are charged when the order is placed. Convenience store payments, smartphone payments, and Paidy must be paid according to the deadlines and instructions provided by the applicable payment service. Cash on delivery orders arranged in advance are paid upon receipt of the goods.
How to Order
Add the product to the cart and confirm the shipping address, payment method, order details, shipping charge, taxes, and total amount in Shopify checkout before placing the order. An order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address after the order is completed.
Delivery Timing
In-stock items are dispatched within three business days after payment is confirmed. For backordered or out-of-stock items, we will provide an availability update and dispatch the order within three business days after the item becomes available and payment is confirmed. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If an incorrect, soiled, or damaged item is delivered, contact us by email or phone within seven days of delivery. For returns within Japan, we will cover the return shipping cost and exchange the item free of charge. Customers outside Japan are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer.
If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within ten days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
