Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the online store and related services operated by NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. By using the service, users agree to these terms and the policies displayed on this website.
Sales Regions
We sell products in Japan and to countries and regions that can be selected as a shipping destination during checkout. If delivery is unavailable to a location, this will be shown during the order process.
Orders and Contract Formation
Before placing an order, users must confirm the product, quantity, shipping address, shipping charge, taxes, payment method, and total amount. A sales contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email and payment is authorized. We may cancel an order after providing notice if an item is unavailable, product or price information contains an obvious error, fraud is suspected, or another unavoidable circumstance applies.
Prices and Payment
Product prices, currency, shipping charges, taxes, and other charges are displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Only the payment methods shown at checkout are available. Payment is also subject to the terms of the applicable payment service.
Shipping
Dispatch timing, shipping methods, shipping charges, and duties associated with international shipping are described in the Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before the order is placed. We generally cover standard domestic shipping within Japan, except for certain products, remote islands, or special delivery methods. International shipping charges and any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region are the customer's responsibility.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If an incorrect, soiled, or damaged item is delivered, contact us within seven days of delivery. After confirming the condition, we will exchange the item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within ten days after the returned item is received and inspected. We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer. The Refund Policy applies to all returns and refunds.
Prohibited Conduct
- Conduct that violates any law, regulation, public order, or accepted standards of conduct
- Registering false information
- Infringing the rights, reputation, property, or privacy of NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. or any third party
- Interfering with the operation of the service
- Resale or other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
Intellectual Property
Rights in the text, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, and other content on this website belong to NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or republication is prohibited except as permitted by law.
Service Changes and Liability
We may change, suspend, or terminate the service when necessary. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms in response to changes in applicable laws or changes to the service. Revised terms apply from the time they are published on this website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, the Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the service.
