LANDMASTER Original 64 Titanium Bolts Produced for Axial Caliper Bridge Bolts

These are LANDMASTER original Ti-6Al-4V bolts manufactured for caliper bridge bolts, which are components of axial mount brake calipers.

The size is:

M8 x L40 x P1.25

The material used is Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, commonly known as 64 titanium.

These are not general-purpose M8 titanium bolts.

This product was specially manufactured by LANDMASTER with the premise of being used as bridge bolts that connect the left and right caliper bodies of opposed-piston calipers.

And the features of these bolts are not limited to the 64 titanium material.

The head is forged.

The thread is roll-formed.

Despite being a small-batch product, this is a LANDMASTER original bolt, meticulously crafted with attention to even the manufacturing process.

Specially Manufactured for Caliper Bridges

Some opposed-piston type brake calipers adopt a structure where the left and right caliper bodies are fastened together by multiple bolts.

LANDMASTER produced this product as a caliper bridge bolt for use in that fastening part.

The size is:

M8 x L40 x P1.25

The head shape adopts a tapered cap shape that gives a clean appearance to the outer circumference.

These are not simply titanium bolts that happen to fit; they are bolts manufactured with careful consideration of dimensions, head shape, material, and manufacturing method, assuming their installation around the caliper.

Uses Ti-6Al-4V, commonly known as 64 titanium

The material used is Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy.

Ti-6Al-4V is a titanium alloy that combines lightweight properties, high strength, and corrosion resistance.

Brake calipers are critical components that play an important role in a vehicle.

At LANDMASTER, we didn't just change the material to titanium; we also considered the manufacturing method, thinking about its use as a caliper bridge bolt.

These are not dress-up bolts solely for appearance.

Precisely because it's a fastening part that is usually not very noticeable, it's a 64 titanium bolt that prioritizes material and craftsmanship.

Forged Head

In this product, the bolt head is manufactured by forging.

Forging is a manufacturing method that forms material by applying pressure.

While some small-batch titanium bolts are manufactured by machining the entire piece from round stock, this product's head is formed by forging.

Furthermore, the head has a tapered cap shape to ensure a neat fit around the caliper.

Using Ti-6Al-4V material,

the head is forged.

The thread is roll-formed.
