GERHON Fuel Conditioning for Diesel | Fuel Care for Working Engines
Before you choose
For diesel fuel. Use 10 mL per 20 L of fuel (0.5 mL per litre).
200 mL treats approximately 400 L of fuel. 1 L treats approximately 2,000 L. Choose a bottle size for the amount of fuel you use.
Precautions and evidence
Older vehicles may need fuel-system inspection or cleaning. The published historical tests describe earlier GERHON products, which were improved and developed into the current range; they do not guarantee the same results for the current products.
Shipping within Japan only
This is a liquid product and cannot be shipped internationally.
Support work that cannot stop, starting with the fuel.
Trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and generators.
For a working diesel engine, power is not the only priority.
Being able to keep working reliably when needed matters too.
GERHON regards this as an important part of performance.
GERHON Fuel Conditioning for Diesel is a fuel conditioner intended to support diesel engines in maintaining their intended condition by conditioning diesel fuel and maintaining a favorable combustion environment.
Make everyday refueling part of condition maintenance.
GERHON does not aim to force performance beyond the engine's intended level.
It aims to condition the fuel so the engine can more readily deliver its inherent performance consistently and maintain that condition over time.
For vehicles and machinery used every day, this can start with ordinary refueling rather than an additional special task.
That is GERHON's approach to fuel conditioning.
Working engines deserve attention to their fuel.
Diesel engines do their work by burning substantial quantities of diesel fuel every day.
GERHON focuses not just on the machinery but on its energy source: the fuel.
Its principal ingredient is Asai organic germanium.
It supports combustion and is intended to help maintain the fuel system and diesel engine in good condition.
It can be used in diesel-powered vehicles and equipment including trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and generators.
Historical diesel tests and field reports
The current GERHON Fuel Conditioning for Diesel was developed by improving and building on the GERHON used at that time.
To explain its technical background, we present a 1983 diesel-engine performance test and 1996 logistics usage records. The figures were obtained with the products and test or operating conditions of their time.
1983: continuous-operation test at the construction mechanization research institute
A continuous-operation test of an Isuzu 6BD1 diesel engine recorded hourly fuel consumption approximately 1.8% lower at the standard 500 ppm dose than in the untreated condition.
| Condition | Operating time | Hourly fuel consumption |
|---|---|---|
| No additive: 0 ppm | 50.00 h | 12.68 L/h |
| Standard dose: 500 ppm | 103.80 h | 12.45 L/h |
The sequence was 50 hours without additive, preliminary runs at 600 ppm and 2500 ppm, then operation at 500 ppm. It was not a parallel comparison.
1996: field report for three logistics tractor units
A logistics depot report calculated fuel savings of 10.48%, 10.63% and 10.26% for three vehicles. This is based on real-world usage records, not controlled laboratory data.
These GERHON technical records are connected to today's GERHON Fuel Conditioning for Diesel. Their figures were obtained with the products and conditions of that time. They do not guarantee the same percentage change with the current product or identical outcomes for every vehicle and operating condition.

Simply add it when refueling.
Add 0.5 mL of this product per 1 L of diesel fuel. The specified amount for 20 L is 10 mL.
It may be added before or after refueling.
Stirring is not required. Movement and vibration during driving naturally mix it with the fuel.
One 200 mL bottle treats approximately 400 L of diesel fuel.
One 1 L bottle treats approximately 2,000 L.
Sizes and Included Measuring Tools
200mL: Measuring Cup Included
A practical size for individual vehicles and machines.
Wash the measuring cup thoroughly immediately after each use. Product left in the cup may become sticky after it dries.
1L: 10mL Measuring Dropper Included
Designed for transport companies, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, large tanks, and other uses involving larger fuel volumes. The included dropper lets you measure the amount for one vehicle or machine at a time.
10mL measured with the included 10mL dropper is the specified amount for 20L of diesel fuel.
Transferring the Product to Another Container
Some plastic materials may be affected by this product. Do not transfer it to another container unless the material has been confirmed as compatible. For the 1L bottle, use the included measuring dropper.
For vehicles and machinery that have been used for a long time
In older trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and generators, removal of accumulated gum, varnish or carbon from the fuel system may create a temporary need to inspect, clean or replace fuel filters or fuel lines.
This may occur as the fuel system is brought toward its intended condition.
For use in large storage tanks, such as underground tanks or outdoor refueling tanks, professional inspection and cleaning of the tank interior before use is recommended.
