I think this is the best place to start.

Apply a thin layer of Paste 2.0 to the threads of the air valve before tightening it. Since it is a paste, it is easy to apply using a flat brush or a small piece of thick paper. I tried it on two vehicles: a Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI Performance and an Audi S8 Plus.
In both vehicles, the sense of contact between the tires and the road improved, and it felt as if the tire rubber was absorbing road undulations and surface irregularities more smoothly, resulting in a more comfortable ride. Since both cars have low-profile tires, 35 and 40 aspect ratios, it feels as though applying the paste increased the air volume and produced an effect similar to downsizing the wheels.
That said, I am not using Paste 2.0 by itself. I already have a Micro Reactor G1R GLi installed, along with two Ferrite Core 2.0 units and several other static-elimination parts, so I believe the overall result is a positive synergistic effect. At the very least, I clearly felt a change in a better direction before and after applying it, so I recommend it.
For anyone interested in static-elimination products, I suggest starting by applying Paste 2.0 to the threads of the air valves. If you are able to feel the effect, the next step would be to try the air valves, Micro Reactor, Ferrite Core, and so on, one by one. It will help you feel even more connected to your beloved car.
My Golf 7 GTI Performance, which I have owned for more than 11 years since new, feels better now than it ever has. I believe the Micro Reactor has played a major role in that.
