What is SPIN?

SPIN is a range of lubricating products made from a highly stable specialized lubricating base and functional materials selected for each product, then finished through a proprietary process.

The aim is not simply to make parts more slippery. SPIN is designed to improve the condition of metal contact surfaces in rotating and sliding components, supporting smoother movement and more stable lubrication.

The range includes low-viscosity liquid types and a grease type for different application points and purposes. It is designed for contact areas under load and to help maintain lubrication in environments exposed to moisture.

Three product types

Special Lub No. 1, 8 ml

A lower-viscosity liquid than No. 2 that uses both carbon-based nanomaterials and inorganic functional materials. It is suited to narrow clearances and locations where a small amount needs to reach fine contact areas.

Special Lub No. 2, 8 ml

A higher-viscosity liquid than No. 1 that uses inorganic functional materials. It is suited to applications where the lubricant needs to remain at the contact area.

SPIN Grease, 5 g

A grease type that takes advantage of its ability to remain at the contact area. Apply only the required amount to rotating or sliding parts where a liquid lubricant would tend to flow away.

Required preparation

SPIN is not designed to be mixed with other lubricants. Before application, completely remove existing oil and grease and thoroughly degrease the contact area.

Residue from another lubricant can prevent SPIN from working as intended and may lead to excessive heat, seizure, or component damage. Do not use SPIN where complete degreasing is not possible.

How to apply

1. Remove existing oil, grease, and contamination from the application area.
2. Allow the cleaned parts to dry completely.
3. Shake No. 1 and No. 2 thoroughly before use to distribute the formulated materials evenly.
4. Apply SPIN sparingly to the required contact area. Excess application is unnecessary.
5. After assembly, check for abnormal movement, noise, or heat.

Important precautions

• Do not mix SPIN with other oils or greases.
• Wear protective gloves and avoid direct skin contact.
• No. 1 and No. 2 are black. Take care to prevent splashing or contact with clothing and painted surfaces.
