Joint research with universities during the Landmaster era
NEXT SCIENCE's research and development did not begin in 2025 when the company name was changed.
Since the time of Landmaster Co., Ltd., we have been engaged in research that goes beyond just manufacturing products, investigating the materials themselves and verifying what is actually happening.
One such example is Asai Organic Germanium.
We conducted research with researchers from Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University, and on September 21, 2023, we jointly presented our research findings at the "Japan Poultry Science Association 2023 Autumn Meeting" held at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine.
Research presented at the Japan Poultry Science Association
The abstract number was II-15.
The title of the presentation was "Effects of in ovo administration of Asai Organic Germanium on hatching immunity and fatty acid oxidation capacity in broilers."
The presenters were Toshiyuki Ota (Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University), Toshihisa Kanemitsu (Landmaster), Etsuko Hasegawa (Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University), and Junichi Shiraishi (Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University).
Landmaster is also listed as Toshihisa Kanemitsu's affiliation in the official program of the Japan Poultry Science Association.
What is in ovo?
In ovo is a research method that involves administering a substance into an egg before hatching and then observing what changes occur.
In this study, we investigated the effects of in ovo administration of Asai Organic Germanium on hatching immunity and fatty acid oxidation capacity in broilers.
What is important here is not to exaggerate this research.
The fact that we presented at an academic conference does not mean that everything about Asai Organic Germanium has been "proven." Furthermore, this research was conducted on broilers and does not indicate effects on humans or the efficacy of specific products currently sold.
It is necessary to consider the research subject and the scope of the findings separately.
Don't make judgments on our own
This is what we value.
Not stopping at "looks good." Not deciding the answer on our own. If necessary, investigating together with people researching that field. Presenting the results externally and at academic conferences where third parties observe.
That takes much longer than just gathering convenient stories. But that's the kind of research NEXT SCIENCE wants to do.
From Landmaster to NEXT SCIENCE, the technologies and research subjects we handle have expanded. Nevertheless, we always test and verify before moving on to the next step. We haven't changed this part.
