Turn battery refilling into an opportunity for battery maintenance.
NEXT SCIENCE Co., Ltd. will begin selling "ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO 1L," a reactivation fluid exclusively for open-type lead-acid batteries that can be refilled, starting at 9:00 AM on September 7, 2026.
When battery fluid levels drop, we usually top them up with distilled water for batteries.
What if we could transform this routine task into an opportunity for battery maintenance, considering its overall condition?
ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO was born from this idea.
High-purity distilled water and lead-acid battery-specific Asai Germanium
ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO is a reactivation fluid based on high-purity distilled water, formulated with Asai Germanium (water-soluble organic germanium) specifically for lead-acid batteries.
It's simple to use.
When the fluid level of a refillable open-type lead-acid battery drops, do not drain the existing battery fluid. Instead, just like with distilled water for batteries, inject the necessary amount into the required cells up to the specified UPPER LEVEL.
No dilution or mixing is required.
It is not meant to be used entirely for one battery, but rather only the necessary amount depending on the fluid level of each battery.
The option to "maintain and manage" instead of just "replace"
Batteries are consumables, and those that have reached the end of their lifespan or have internal damage require replacement.
However, with refillable open-type lead-acid batteries, the fluid level can decrease with use.
ORBITRON proposes the idea of:
Instead of simply "replacing when weakened," first assess the condition and perform appropriate maintenance.
This is especially true for environments that use and manage large open-type lead-acid batteries or multiple batteries, such as in trucks, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery. The burden includes not only replacement costs but also replacement work, disposal, and vehicle or machinery downtime.
Turning routine refilling into an opportunity for maintenance and management.
That is the concept behind Battery Restore PRO.
Demonstration test conducted on a 130F51 battery scheduled for disposal
In preparation for commercialization, a demonstration test was conducted on June 19, 2026, using a large lead-acid battery, "130F51," which was scheduled for disposal.
The test subjects were batteries in extremely poor condition, where the specific gravity of the battery fluid was almost zero, and the fluid level had dropped to the point where the plates were beginning to be exposed, rendering them unusable.
For the two batteries treated with the standard version corresponding to the current ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO, the following voltage changes were observed:
| Subject | Before Use | After 20 minutes of rapid charging |
|---|---|---|
| No.1 | 1.93V | 11.87V |
| No.2 | 2.35V | 11.87V |
All measurements were taken after treatment with a liquid equivalent to Battery Restore PRO, followed by 20 minutes of rapid charging.
Please note that these are actual measurement results for specific batteries and test conditions, and similar results are not guaranteed for all batteries.
Results may vary depending on the battery's usage period, degradation status, internal condition, charge status, and usage environment.
This product is recommended for those who:
We believe this product will be beneficial for those who use refillable open-type lead-acid batteries, those who wish to maintain and manage their batteries as appropriately as possible, and those who want the option of maintenance before deciding on replacement.
Furthermore, it offers an additional option for routine battery management for businesses owning multiple trucks or commercial vehicles, and businesses using agricultural or construction machinery.
Please confirm before purchasing
ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO is exclusively for refillable open-type lead-acid batteries.
It cannot be used with sealed batteries such as MF, AGM, EFB, or gel types.
Also, do not drain the current battery fluid and then only add this product. It may cause the battery to malfunction.
Leave the current battery fluid as is, and replenish only the amount that has decreased.
Always adhere to the specified fluid level and do not exceed the UPPER LEVEL when using the product.

And in late September, ORBITRON's second phase.
ORBITRON's battery maintenance doesn't end with Battery Restore PRO.
In late September 2026, we plan to release a highly concentrated, small-dose additive type that is used by adding approximately 5mL to each cell:
"ORBITRON Battery Revive 30mL"
Battery Restore PRO is for "refilling + maintenance" when fluid levels drop.
Battery Revive is for "high-concentration maintenance" with a small amount added to each cell.
With two products designed for different purposes, ORBITRON will continue to propose new maintenance methods for refillable open-type lead-acid batteries.
Before you decide to replace.
ORBITRON offers new options for addressing your existing batteries.
Test and Verification Information
The scope and limitations of the verification test discussed in this article are stated below.
- Test date
- June 19, 2026
- Conditions
- Two 130F51 open-type large lead-acid batteries scheduled for disposal were used. In both units, electrolyte specific gravity was nearly zero, the electrolyte level had fallen far enough for the plates to begin showing, and the batteries had been judged unusable.
- Measurement method
- After treatment with the standard formulation corresponding to the current ORBITRON Battery Restore PRO, each battery was rapid-charged for 20 minutes. Terminal voltage before treatment and charging was compared with voltage after charging.
- Results
- Unit No. 1 changed from 1.93 V to 11.87 V, and Unit No. 2 changed from 2.35 V to 11.87 V.
- Limitations
- These results apply to two specific batteries under specific conditions. Voltage recovery was observed, but this test did not verify capacity, CCA, durability, or remaining service life. Equivalent results are not guaranteed for every battery.
