The material we use is Ti-6Al-4V, commonly known as "64 titanium," which is also used in the aerospace and motorsports industries.
It's not just light. It boasts high strength and corrosion resistance, and is resistant to rust. It's a material well-suited for long-term vehicle use.
We mainly handle titanium bolts and functional parts developed for motorcycles. These are not merely standard bolts with the material replaced by titanium; we confirm the usage location and the shape of genuine parts, and design the head shape and dimensions to suit the specific application.
For some bolts, we employ forging, where the material is shaped in a mold, and thread rolling, where threads are formed by pressure without cutting. This is to ensure strength and precision while maximizing the material's properties.
We will progressively expand our product lineup to include vehicle-specific parts, such as those for BMW Motorrad, as well as bolts used around brake calipers and discs.
Please check each product page for compatible vehicle models and usage locations. For installation on critical safety parts, please consult a mechanic with specialized knowledge.
